If you've been impacted by the Los Angeles County wildfires, we are here to help.
Credit union members who have been impacted by the Los Angeles County wildfires may take advantage of our special relief programs.
- Loan Payment Assistance
Members may request a one-time payment skip on a Consumer auto loan and/or a Signature Plus loan (Personal Loan) with the modification fee1 waived.
- Penalty-Free Certificate Withdrawals
Members with certificate accounts may request early withdrawal to cover expenses with no fees or penalties.
- Special Annual Percentage Rate (APR) Signature Plus Loan2
Members may apply for a Signature Plus Loan (Personal Loan) at a 4.00% lower rate than the current lowest rate offered. Members may receive up to 2 times their most recent net paycheck, not to exceed $3,000. Signature Plus Loan terms of 12 to 36 months are available based on loan amount.

- Membership at California Credit Union prior to the onset of the wildfires (01/07/2025).
- Members living, working or attending school in Los Angeles County who are impacted by the wildfires..

Terms and Conditions
1 Modification fees range from $25 – $40.
2 Current Signature Plus Loan rate at 8.99% APR. A sample payment at 4.99% APR for 24 months per $1,000 borrowed with 45 days to first payment: 23 monthly payments of $43.96 and a final payment of $43.86. Limit one reduced-rate Signature Plus Loan per member. Normal underwriting guidelines apply. Signature Plus Loan terms of 12 to 36 months are available based on loan amount.
