Signing On To Digital Banking
When you create your Digital Banking account, you will be asked for two pieces of information to help us to establish your identity: your Social Security number and keyword. If you do not have a keyword, you may contact us at (800) 334-8788 to create one.
The first time you sign on to Digital Banking, you'll be asked to validate your identity with a text, email or telephone call. This ensures only you have access to your personal information.
This verification process will be presented to you when you access your online account from a new location, a new computer, when you change your regular banking habits or when you activate other criteria requiring authentication.
You'll see that all the signon pages are secure (https). This ensures your information is encrypted before it is sent over the internet. Together, these multiple factors help us provide the latest in online security to ensure the safety of your online transactions.
