In order to apply for a Loan Modification, we will need to obtain certain information from you regarding your household income and expenses, including a letter detailing the nature of your financial hardship and a loan application. Mailed payments must be check or Money Order. Do not send cash. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. When mailing the payment please include the payment coupon. All payments made after 3PM may be credited the next business day.
