2. We investigate each incident and take steps to prevent further unauthorized emails from being sent
3. Visit the Federal Trade Commission's Identity Theft website or call 1-877-IDTHEFT (438-4338) to learn how to minimize your risk of damage from a potential theft of your identity
4. Change both your username and password:
   • Sign On to Digital Banking
   • Click on "My Settings"
   • Click "Edit" to change both Username and Password
   • Complete the required fields to change the Username and Password
